Nancy Ann Wilson

Nancy Ann is a Knoxville local singer-songwriter who pairs pop folk blues with hints of alternative rock for a new and modern sound in today’s music trends. Nancy was born and raised in Medina, Ohio, but moved to Knoxville shortly after college to pursue her dream of songwriting and performance. She was a Semi-finalist of American Idol season 13 at the age of 18, and began training her skills of songwriting at age 7. She has toured previously in Ohio, won over 10 different singing competitions, is in the running for 2017’s ISC (international songwriting competition) with her single “Bad News”, and is looking to release her full-length EP this fall. Nancy Ann is a solo artist with an amazing act behind her, but is also one half of the acoustic duo “Tweety & Pearl”, with guitarist Matt Robbins.
